Rates of new cancer diagnoses and deaths for U.S. men and women have fallen for the first time, according to a new report from leading cancer and medical research organizations. A gunman remains holed up at the Taj Mahal Hotel in Mumbai, India, said the secretary-general of the National Security Guards. J.K. Dutt told CNNs sister network, CNN-IBN, that his men were trying to "engage" the suspected attacker. He said two gunmen also remain in the nearby Oberoi Hotel.
