Verizon Wireless said tonight that a number of its employees have "accessed and viewed" President-elect Barack Obamas personal cell phone account without authorization. The company said all employees who have accessed the account -- whether authorized or not -- were immediately put on leave with pay.

Nebraska closed a loophole on Friday in a controversial law that had allowed parents to abandon their children at hospitals.
